Executive Advisory & AI-Enabled Performance

I build delivery systems that organizations adopt, scale on, and keep.

Governance only works when people follow it. I design frameworks that people actually use, then make them frictionless with AI. The result: structure that scales without overhead.

One principle. Two offerings. Four decades of proof.

Structure beats chaos. If it requires effort to follow, it won't be followed. Make it effortless, and it becomes the operating system.

For Individual Executives

AI Performance Partner

Most executives know AI could save them hours a week. Few are using it. Not because they're behind. Because the tools weren't built for how they work.

AI Performance Partner puts a structured AI operating layer around the executive, calibrated to their voice, their decisions, and their workflow. No prompting skills required. Just talk, and the system builds the output.

The executives I work with stop editing and start executing. That's the time recovery that changes everything else.

AI Operating System

Every delivery organization has governance. Most of it sits on a shelf. The AI Operating System makes governance invisible by embedding it into how teams actually work.

Contract terms, compliance requirements, delivery standards. All of it lives inside the system. Teams don't check a framework. They work inside one.

I've spent 40 years building governance that people actually follow. AI is what finally makes that frictionless.

Both offerings grew out of real consulting work, not theory.

I used them throughout 2025 while building Medicaid system architectures, leading RFP responses for major consulting firms, and delivering 800+ hours of advisory work. They exist because I needed them first.

The short version: I've led delivery on both sides of government technology. As a vendor executive, I've managed delivery across multiple state Medicaid programs, restructured PMOs, and led RFP strategies. As a state Agency CIO, I've delivered programs months early and millions under budget, built agile organizations from scratch, and run procurements that held up in court.

Today, I think about AI differently than most delivery leaders. AI makes governance weightless. It turns a heavy framework into an invisible operating layer. Feed the system the contract, the regulations, the client context, and the team works inside it. They don't type status reports. They talk to it. They don't wonder if they missed a compliance step. The system won't let them.

Governance gets followed because following it is easier than not following it.

Incredible Leader has been my advisory practice since 2012. Prior to that, I spent 22 years at EDS, held progressive leadership roles at HP, HPE, and DXC Technology, and served as Agency CIO for the State of Colorado. The frameworks I've built have been adopted across organizations, survived leadership transitions, and remain in use nearly two decades later.

$200M Healthcare modernization delivered, consolidating 86 programs and decommissioning 5 legacy mainframes.
$4.9B Revenue generated from a tax automation initiative delivered in 5 months against a 2-year timeline.
18 Years The operational framework I co-created is still in use across four successive companies.
14 of 18 Months recovered on a program that was 18 months behind schedule. Governance was the fix.
800+ Hours of delivery-focused consulting delivered in 2025 for major firms and government programs.
600%+ Measured ROI from the AI performance system through time savings and execution speed.

If delivery consistency is the constraint, that's the problem I solve.

Whether you're an executive reclaiming your time or an organization scaling delivery across programs, the conversation starts the same way.
